Sulaiman bin Mohamed Al Yahyai
Mr. Sulaiman bin Mohamed bin Hamed Al Yahyai is the Chairman of the Board of Directors in Oman Chlorine more than 10 years and a member of the Board’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee Mr. Sulaiman is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors Bank Muscat since June, 2011, Chairman of the Board Risk Committee and a member of the Board’s Nomination and Compensation Committee.
Mr. Sulaiman Al Yahyai holds a certificate in Assets Management-Lausanne University, Switzerland (2002), MBA- Institute of Financial Management-University of Wales, UK (2000), and a certificate in Financial Crisis-Harvard University, USA (1999). Mr. Al Yahyai is an Investment Advisor at the Royal Court Affairs, a Chairman-Oman Chlorine Co. “SAOG”, a Director-Al Madina Real Estate Co. “SAOC”, Chairman of Oman Fixed Income Fund, Chairman of Integrated Tourism Projects Fund, Chairman of Telecom Oman, Chairman of the National Bank of Oman GCC Fund, Chairman of Gulf Chlorine “W.L.L”, (State of Qatar) & Chairman of Union Chlorine “L.L.C” (United Arab Emirates) and a Director in Al Salam Bank (Kingdom of Bahrain).

Mr. Al Suwaidi’s Company, Horizon Energy was part of a consortium of investors that acquired Gulf Marine Services (GMS), a world leading provider of self-propelled self-elevating support vessels (SESVs). In March 2014, GMS achieved a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange, through a successful IPO which raised gross proceeds of approximately US $ 110 million.
Furthermore, Horizon Energy entered into a partnership agreement with Oman Chlorine, a Muscat listed company for the establishment of Union Chlorine, a chlorine-alkali plant in Abu Dhabi, where Mr. Al Suwaidi holds a Board Seat he is a Petroleum Engineer, having graduated from the USA, in 1981. Mr. Al Suwaidi held several senior posts in the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), including the position of Exploration and Production (E&P) Director. He was concurrently a Board member of most of the ADNOC subsidiaries, including ADMA, ADCO, ZADCO, ADGAS, NDC (Chairman), ADDCAP (Chairman), ADPPOC and others. He left ADNOC in 1999 and went on to acquire Essar Drilling in 2002, which was transformed into Dalma Energy. This company was sold to a new IPO, Aabar Petroleum, in 2005. Both Aabar, which was initiated by Mr. Al Suwaidi, and Dalma continue to flourish.
He is also on the Board of Noor Capital, Delma Exchange, and Arabian Gulf Steel Industries. Moreover, he was appointed as an Independent Board Member of National Investment Corporation and Gulf Capital. In addition, he is Chairman of Horizon Energy, ALSA Engineering, Control & Applications Emirates (CAE), and Control and Applications Group (CAG). He was also appointed as an independent non-executive Chairman of Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Co. SAOG from 2004-2010
Mr. Al Suwaidi
was also highly instrumental in developing and growing the businesses of international players such as V-Monitor and Merla under Control and Applications Group which were later acquired by well-known multinational companies providing the shareholders of these entities with an extraordinary return on their investments.
Mr. Al Suwaidi served as a Board Member of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ADCCI) and the Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development.
Nabil bin Hamad bin Zahran Al Mahrouqi

Mr. Nabil bin Hamad bin Zahran Al Mahrouqi is a member of the Board of Directors of Oman Chlorine Company since 28/03/2016 and a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee & Board Member in Union Chlorine L.L.C… He is currently an International Financial Investment Analyst at the Public Authority for Social Insurance. Mr. Nabil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Economics from Sultan Qaboos University (Sultanate of Oman).
Mr. Shabir Musa Abdullah Al Yousef

Mr. Shabir is a Director on the Board of Directors of the company since 28/03/2019 and Chairman of NRC Committee & Board Member in Union Chlorine L.L.C. Mr. Shabir Holds a Master of Research in Economics from University of Essex (UK), MBA in Finance from University of Lincolnshire & Humberside (U.K), Master of Science from Colorado School of Mines (U.S.A), and Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications from Sultan Qaboos University.
He held positions of Chief Executive Officer of Oman Investment & Finance Co. SAOG, General Manager of Damac Holding U.A.E, Group General Manager of Premier Logistics Group LLC, General Manager of Truck Oman LLC, and a Petroleum Engineer post in Petroleum Development Oman (PDO).
Currently he is a Board member in Al Anwar Holdings Co. SAOG, Al Maha Ceramics Co. SAOG, Arabia Falcon Insurance Company SAOC and CACTUS Premier Drilling Services SAOC.
During his career, he was also Board and Committees member of Bank Sohar SAOG, Financial Corporation Co. SAOG (FINCORP), Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of National Aluminum Products Company SAOG, Chairman of FinCorp Investment Holding SAE (Egypt), Chairman of Al Rowad FinCorp Securities & Brokerage (Egypt), and member in Banking and Finance Committee – Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Oman.
